Absolute outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. This family owned WA business re-upholstered our three piece suite and we were blown away with the final result. Kerry the owner was more than helpfully and her knowledge of the trade is second to none. There are so many Upholstery shops out there & where do you start? The Upholstery Shop reupholstered our 32 year old lounge suit with amazing results. It now looks like it did 32 years ago and is so comfortable. The price was right, workmanship excellent and the staff always helpful, patient and cheerful.

I love my new sofa. I’d highly recommend Biltfirm - quality furniture at a great price. You can customise whatever you want and the best part is right now it’s a 6-8 week delivery usually 4-6 weeks! so you don’t have to wait too long
Friendly, efficient service, going above and beyond to help find the perfect material for my single dining chair. Such a small job, but still given the best service. Would recommend.
I put Biltfirm on the spot 25 years ago to make me 2 couches in 3 weeks to take to Hong Kong. They turned out beautifully. I have had them recovered once since then at Biltfirm. My reason for this review is that my couches are still like new and will be recovered again. I highly recommend Biltfirm for quality furniture.
Used these guys to upholster 4 chairs and loved their work. Competitively priced and real experts. We did our research before going and are now using them again for other work
