Great service and thrilled with the product. The Delivery guys Ben and Jamie were absolute legends. Quick, friendly, professional and efficient. The gentlemen got the king bed up into the apartment despite the difficult stairs amazingly well. Definitely 5 star service.

Visited the Osborne Park store. Had the pleasure of being served by Arif who gave me generous and thorough information. He was patient and gave me the mental space to decide. Mattress was delivered by Nathan & Kevan. Delivery was on time, efficient and swift. It was an overall five star experience. I fully recommend this store, Arif, Nathan & Kevan.

Went to get a new mattress today and after a few minutes was greeted by Erin. I told her what I was looking for and what I currently have and she totally understood. She showed me a few options until we narrowed down to 2. She went to work out the best price while I had the opportunity to make a decision without pressure. I asked her what she would recommend and she was very open and honest. I liked that before she showed us anything she asked our budget so she wasn’t wasting our time or hers. We purchased the mattress and she made sure we understood their 60 day sleep guarantee and what would happen if I wasn’t happy. Amazing customer experience and having been in the customer service industry for over 30 years we don’t often find good service anymore. Thank you so much Erin and I look forward to my new mattress arriving.
Ben and Paul were respectable, fast, and friendly. They were in and out in under 8 minutes! Great work lifting the mattress upstairs. Affordable and efficient. Thank you so much!
Paul and Ben were great and very respectful and patient. We were out when they called to let us know that they were delivering and they waited outside until we got home. Highly recommend
Paul and Jamie were prompt with the delivery of the mattresses to the Cathedral!! They were super helpful and chatty .They did a great job with a big smile on their faces. Its lovely to see young men carry them selves with such appreciation of life.Truely, a wondeful experience!
