"Greet & Hide" is the motto of this place. You'll hear "hello welcome" everywhere but the minute you need to ask a question the staff will have vanished into thin air..Out of 30 or so hopeless staff, you might get one who is super helpful (if the stars align, that is). Case in point-there is an African girl in the garden centre who couldn't be less interested in her job. Queues out the door with only cash register open but they'll cluster around the exit behind the register watching the whole scene. Just wait, waste more time, who gives a toss? That's their attitude. I avoid this Bunnings like the plague

Staff are always great and love to have a laugh. No complaints about them. Their items however are poorly stocked. Sometimes, I have to go elsewhere to find what I wanted.

Great selection of stuff including the plant section. Staff are always great and love to have a laugh. Always look forward to a sausage sizzle on the weekend

Only gave it a 4 star cos when i was there they weren't doin a sausage sizzle. That should really be an everyday thing.
