My mum and I have been here several times. Twice to get plants and pots and another to troubleshoot a walker that would consume my mums hem. In all those times we had knowledgable workers giving us advice that was very helpful and earnestly thought out. Thanks for your time going out of your way and for your reliable advice.

I went to Kingsgrove Bunnings yesterday evening and customer service demonstrated by staff was a horrible experience. I asked for a suggestion to staff named James at the counter for type of nails that I could use for specific timber. He gave me a suggestion about nails but I knew it would be challenging to find that specific nails from collection of numerous nails from shelves and I requested him if he could please show me where I can find it. However, he refused me to walk to aisle which was only 30m from his counter with an excuse that his manager doesn't allow him to move from the counter. It is inexcusable considering there was another staff working in the same counter. When I came back to counter with nails, he was walking 30m away from counter and just casually talking with his work colleague. James - little assistance requested by customer is never too big mate. You are representing brand and most importantly representing your self ! Hopefully, Kingsgrove Bunnings Management will focus on improving customer service within their staff to become more customer centric business !

Huge store, 2 levels. Everything you need under one roof. Undercover parking available. Staff are helpful when trying to locate the correct aisle for the items you need. Some things are not always in stock.

Tried to ask a lady named "athena" from the plumbing section for some help. She was straight rude and didnt want to get out of her seat to help out.. nor did she want to call another staff member . I ended up using the bunnings staff ladder to get my item which waa unsafe.. another poor customer were left in the section clueless as for what they want . Please teach Athena some customer service skills..
