Large with a decent selection of stuff. I have found though that occasionally the quality of stuff sold here is lacking. They could definitely use some more floor staff to assist customers. You generally have to search for a while to find someone to help, and even then you usually have to either wait until they finish helping someone else, or interrupt their work. The place seems to have no air conditioning, so it's always uncomfortably hot and humid. Has a play area for the kids.

Was looking for a type of magnetic nut and had to wait a while for assistance before finding out there isn’t one that fits my purpose, however the staff there ‘Ken’ was extremely friendly and helpful, he offered an alternative solution which helped a lot. Very happy with the service there that day.

We have a new home.All the bedrooms have handles but not padlocks.To be secure for each room,as we have tenants,l went to Bunnings Greenacre and purcharsed 4 sets of lockers with keys. When we finished the replacement of bedroom lockers,l was shorcked:all the 4 sets of keys can open all the lockers~Which means l spent $200 and worked whole hot day to install the new lockers is a waste of time. To my life long experience,l only knew that one set of keys only open one locker but in the world,there is one key that can open thousands of lockers whick are sold to thousands of different families,which means that these alike keys can open other families's home lockers.This is uncomprehansible to me:why should people buy padlocks with keys?l am lost! When l found that the 4 sets of lockers with keys have keys alike,l was shorked and called Bunnings Greenace and did inquire regarding this strange stuff via phone,the stuff explained to me about my question and told me to take my 4sets of lockers to them and exchange for me.However,when.we arrived Bunning Greenace after 40ks· driving,anoher staff told me that it is not refoundable as l had opened ... l just don·t understand why lockers with keys are keys alike and sold to millions of different families?

Very bad cystomer service, staff doesnt have the basic knowledge of service, they feel that they are doing a big favour to us by serving but they are forgetting the basic that if no customer no job. The staff feels that what they say is correct and they dont care to listen to customer.
