I purchased one of their free standing showers from a retailer who could not or would not supply any information on installation or accurate measurements.  These people bent over backwards trying to help me. The service was exceptional, I am extremely satisfied. I am not accustomed to this much assistance.

I bought a wall hung vanity (expensive to install as they are) and after 6 weeks it was chipped in three separate places but visible from the front. I specifically bought it from these guys as they have a warranty (which I thought was important for such a permanent item.) IT was $329 which was the middle of the range price wise. Not only do I have to pay for the cost of pulling it out and reinstalling another one; they won't give me a refund or exchange, How terribly annoying (and unAustralian) of Andy. (Apparently the manager but who wouldn't take my calls and hung up when I called him directly.) If one person doesn't buy a vanity after seeing or hearing my review then his precious couple of hundred dollars will have been lost anyway.
