We have had a great level of customer service, knowledge and courtesy from the staff at the Punchbowl store. We had very specific requirements and they were more than happy and 100% capable of fulfilling those requirements. There was no limit on the amount of time that they were happy to spend with us to work out the best solution for our needs. They are very obliging to fit with our schedule for production and installation. Our interaction with the staff at the store, in particular Ross Salter, has been exemplary. Thanks Stratco Punchbowl!
Be careful when you place order for material.Stock size, nothing special but you have to paid in full.Ordering furniture or other goods in other shops you will be ask to pay some deposit only .Wait long time for delivery and you lucky if you get your material in good condition.In my case part of material was damaged.After complaints and return to shop another two weeks and no one knows what is going on and when we get replacement of damaged material. Very unhappy customer.
Great customer service and everything in one shop that we needed to build our fence.Good pricing and will highly recommend to talk to Roland if you visit the Punchbowl store. He was so professional and extremely helpful. They were short staff but Roland was very patient and made sure we got everything we needed!
Fantastic level of customer service by Adrian Baskeyfield. Adrian is a very knowledgeable ,humble, friendly and genuine person. I have found dealing with Adrian and his team a very amazing experience. Always there to suggest and offer help as required. Good product range, good value for money and a one stop shop. Great improved team. Great manager. Great service. Fantastic experience compared to the last time we came to the store before Christmas. Although understaff Courtney, Jessica and Andrew are very helpful. Such a nice dynamic between them all bounce off once another. Have already recommended family and friends to come and see them. Thankyou again for all your help, we will see you again soon.
The staff there either really don't like their jobs and intentionally trying to not make a sale or just incompetent. Takes forever to even get the most basic of quotations. Then the staff promise to contact you, but never do, even after repeated chasing. Special mention to Alan the manager there for repeatedly ignoring follow ups. Guys, if you don't want to do your jobs as customer service, just tell me, I won't bother you, I really don't mind. But don't keep telling me you are going to get back to me and never do.
We have used many products from Statco Punchbowl and have always found the staff to go out of their way to assist with their knowledge and help . Our latest project is a deck , Erik assisted with the layout and details of this explaining each step and patently drawing and ordering the material needed . We would highly recommend this store and staff
I went into this store last Saturday , very VERY!!! short staff but Courtney the store manager and the other fellow either Andy or Andrew i cant remember, was absolutely fantastic , they acknowledged every person and explained that they were short. Although they seemed stressed they were very professional. I had a a quote done by Courtney, very impressed not only on the day but she followed me up during the week to apologise for being so busy on the weekend. she has really gone above and beyond ! i will definitely be purchasing from her once i get my design sorted. only thing i would recommend is to get more staff to work on weekends . other than that im very happy with the service i was given.
Excellent customer service, everyone’s very helpful with everything. Alex was one of the workers there and helped me out with everything I needed and he was a great help. Quality of product are amazing aswell. !!
Goods ready to be picked up at wrong store. Tradesman could not start on due date. Messed up his work schedule and costed me a lot of unnecessary labour preparing for installation. Now I have to ait another week. Not one word of applogy r3ce8ved.
