Be very careful when you purchase from these people. Very friendly and helpful when purchasing, but dreadful if something is broken, and so not fit for purpose, and is still under warranty. They will replace the part but you have to pay for the plumber!!. Even if you have spent a lot of money at the store they are not interested and very rude. They won't take the product back for refund. I would give minus if I could. Very costly and unpleasant experience.

Found them on google. The staff were very friendly and experienced. Great prices for huge range of quality items. Highly recommend, But sometime may get very busy, will need to wait a while.

Poor customer service.. no one came up to ask if i needed assistance.. i walked uo to counter waiting for someone they all ignored me... well they lost me buying supplies for 5 bathrooms... i walked out... shame

POOR after sales service. I purchased a lollypop tap with 5 years warranty. After only 2 months one of the taps broke. Spent a good 30minutes in their shop just to get them to replace with a New one ? HO No they gave me a second hand replacement item. The tap only cost $50 to begin with. What tight Asses. !!!!
