They had a screw-up and put the money used to purchase my rental onto the deposit/pre-authorisation hold, released all of that money back, and then double charged my account without communicating. The lack of professionality is ridiculous. Do not use this service, they're run by a bunch of clowns.

Good service but they charge more after you return thr car for fuel even when you did refill for full tank that a bit spam,I am so disappointed and also the car running not smooth either. Not recommended.

Awesome prices and the best staff. They are the most friendly and customer focused staff I have ever seen. They really look after their clients. So glad that I bumped into them by default. Thanks guys.

Terrible service. Wait times ridiculous and phone menu options long winded. Always being patched through to another operator where the call centres are clearly offshore. Never return calls and booking system woeful. Would never use again unless I can speak with someone from the store I’m booking from.

Jump through automated options to choose between Avis and Budget, and once you're done with that it redirects you to whichever company you selected to jump through more hoops? No, I won't be doing that.

I always get good prices here.  Never a problem if I need to extend.  Have hired here several times.

Highly reccomend. I have used this company for years and continue to do so today.
