Browne Bros we’re incredible from start to finish. They say your brand is only as good as your people, we’ll brown brothers staff are amazing. Dani was incredible, caring, honest, compassionate, an extraordinary human and such an asset to your business. Mums send off was done so beautifully, all wishes and requests met without fuss, I wouldn’t dream of going to any other company should we need funeral services again the future. Thank you for doing such an amazing service. We've used Browne Brothers twice now. For dad in 2012 and then again recently for mum. The compassion and understanding was lovely. So friendly and given that most of us don't organise that many funerals it was nice to have them there to guide us. Thank you again.
Browne Brothers managed my mum's Celebration of Life service after she passed away. Nothing was too much trouble for Doug and the team. Even after the service they assisted with a couple of small requests. On behalf of my family, thank-you for your efforts.
How do you get so fortunate to be surrounded by the most compassionate people in such sad times. Thanks go to Harley for being so wonderful at a time that was so sad for our family. My husbands funeral was absolutely beautiful and Sophie Gouldson, you were an amazing celebrant. I cannot recommend Browne Brothers highly enough, just the compassion shown to us and going above and beyond to assist my family, Geoffs funeral will be talked about for a long time.
If there are awards for rockstar funeral services then browne brothers would need a warehouse to store all of theirs in. I made an appointment to discuss my fathers future funeral arrangements, well he must've liked them because he passed the same day . One phone call to Danni later that day and everything was taken care of. All of our wishes wants and needs were meet and accomodated. The compassion and respect shown not only to my dad but the whole family was outstanding. Everyone is amazing and caring you have all made this ordeal bearable . I want to thank all of you and especially Danni. My dad was so peaceful and calm thankyou for taking such great care of him for us. Sending you all my most heartfelt gratitude and love. THANKYOU

I would like to thank most of all Danii Reeve for her kind caring way she handled my husband funeral. We had come to Melbourne form New Zealand so he could be with his family before he passed. Danii was just Amazing and very helpful as my husband was Maori there were things we need to do and Danii understand this. Thank you so much Danii.Brown Brother's are blessed to have staff like you .
Amy was an absolutely wonderful lady. She was compassionate and caring. Also kept in touch to just check in with us and make sure we were okay and or if we had any questions. It’s a tough time and Amy just made it so easy and free of extra stress. I am grateful to her! Would recommend Browne brothers purely based on Amy’s caring service. The company was great too. Prompt in cremation considering it was during Christmas/New years and overall we were thankful for there supportive and kind services. My mum passed away and I am sure she’d also be grateful for how smoothly and caring the whole process was. Thank you!
From the moment I initially made contact with Browne Brothers I immediately felt at ease. Amy and all the staff were very compassionate, understanding, caring and ever so helpful. We had never been in the position of having to arrange a funeral and after discussing just a few specifics Browne Brothers organised everything and well exceeded our expectations. The lower priced funeral we chose did not compromise on the level of service and support we received or the quality of the funeral itself. All in attendance complimented on how lovely the service was. The loss of a loved one is never easy however the staff at Browne Brothers Funerals took care in making sure everything went smoothly for my father's funeral.
