Couldn't recommend W.D.Rose, Brighton highly enough. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they provided during such a difficult time was exceptional. From the moment we reached out, they were understanding, attentive, and made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Moana, Karen, Mindy & their team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with the utmost respect and dignity. Truly, their dedication to supporting families in need is unmatched, and we as a family, are deeply grateful for their service.

We could not have been happier with the support and assistance we received from WD Rose in Brighton East for our recent memorial service. From the moment we contacted them, Michele and Karen were absolutely fantastic to deal with; they were at all times so supportive and respectful, yet also highly efficient and professional. Throughout the process we were treated with total dignity and respect, as well as much warmth and compassion.  We never felt like we were 'just another client'.  Both the chapel and refreshment room are beautifully decorated, creating a lovely warm and dignified atmosphere. Michele and Peter did a fantastic job setting up a lovely tribute table. We had so many positive comments from our guests about the rooms and the service.nThanks so much Michele and Karen; you helped transform a difficult time into a memorable and beautiful occasion.

After the sudden death of our mother, my family and I were left incredibly shocked and traumatised. We had no idea how to choose a funeral director. Luckily several people recommended WD Rose. I am so grateful for that because they were incredible. In particular, our funeral director, Alex felt like a friend by the end of the process. Her gentle, kind and diligent caring help from start to finish was a God send to us.

Our darling mum “Nanette” passed away recently. Her funeral was last Friday 12th July held at WD Rose Funerals in Brighton East.nWhat can l say? The staff from the initial phone call to the final moment after mum’s funeral was completed, was handled professionally with staff members being caring, supportive and showing genuine empathy.nIn particular, we would like to commend Alexandra Alex who took all pressures off our shoulders. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for helping me and my family arrange the funeral of my father Nikoloas. I seleted WD Rose because it had been a local  business of ours for a very long time, but more than that, because we wanted a Greek Orthodox Celebration of Life. Alex facilitated the most beautiful send off for our father.  I was with another Greek friend today who also had Alex for the funeral of her mother, and she called Alex and angel! Thank you so much
