Tobin Brothers directed my grans funeral. They were professional, caring and compassionate. The team at Tobin Brothers were always kind and and ensured that the details of how we wanted the funeral conducted in accordance to ours and grans wishes.

Tobin brothers collected my father from the hospital mortuary AFTER we told them we were not using there services. We went for a 5 minute consultation and told them we were not going to be using them as we didn’t feel comfortable. We went with a different funeral home. Tobin brothers then promised to deliver my father to the correct funeral home and then reneged telling them they had to collect him. It was one lie after another. Their tactic was to obviously prey on the vulnerable and hope we would just go with them since they had him in their possession . I returned to Tobin after they cancelled the transfer of my father and the manager tried to trick me that he was actually on his way just so I would leave. It was the most ludicrous situation and people should steer clear of this money hungry disgusting funeral home who care nothing about the family or loved ones that have passed but just about money and they will do anything to get it. We were left traumatised from the experience we had with them.

Thanks very much. When the whole world falls apart when you lose a loved one , they are there for you . Did a beautiful celebration of life for my husband. Very grateful to them . Highly recommended.
