A fantastic company that catered for our family's loss. The staff were extremely sympathetic, understanding, caring and well organised with every major, minor or particular detail. Extremely professional and excellent communication to and from. *A special mention to Michele Clifton; we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your utmost professionalism, sympathy and helpfulness during our period of grief. - A true professional; highly recommended.

The staff at Bereavement Assistance were so wonderful. From the first call I made to them. Thank you so much for your care and respect that you offered my family at such a terrible time. I have already recommended the service to other people. Thank you again.

An incredibly professional, caring, sensitive and dedicated organisation who go above and beyond their calling. No question was too silly, no request too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I know my mum's body was treated with the dignity, love and respect that she deserved to the very end. Michele was truly a gem. And if anyone from rural Victoria is reading this, they do come anywhere. My brother phoned BAL at 9.30pm after mum had died, and by 2.30 am BAL had arrived and were on the way back to Oakleigh with mum's body. That included at least a 3 hour drive! Do not hesitate to use this company. You will never regret it. They are a shining light in an industry that preys upon people at the most vulnerable and emotional time of their life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bonnie.

They were incredibly caring and no one could have done a better job.Even after the funeral they gave me assistance.On top of that on the 1st anniversary of my darling husband's death I received a card from them with a lovely message !!!! I have recommended them to all my friends.
