Jane delivered this seamlessly—clear, heartfelt, and beyond our expectations. My sister and I are very glad that we chose Le Pine Glen Waverley for the farewell to our dear loving mother. We really like their service, especially Jane Wu, our service representative. Jane is very nice , thoughtful and professional. She guided us very well in the whole process. She also made a special arrangement for us to see our beloved mom before the final day. The whole team is very organized and helpful. We would highly recommend their services!

Le pine helped us put on a fitting send off for our mum . They were easy to deal with and all very kind . Both our celebrant and Ian made the day less stressfulnThe Burwood chapel and refreshment area was lovely

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ian Proudlock for his sympathy, kindness, and professionalism shown during the loss of my husband. Alex, Tim, management, catering staff and everyone in his team not only handled the arrangements flawlessly, but they also added so many extra touches to make the day seamless and comforting. No questions went unanswered and help was readily forthcoming.  Ian and Alex's attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. We are all so thankful you were there to ensure we did Ron proud. All the comments, both near and far praised Alex and the outstanding service provided by yourself and the team at Le Pine. I left the Chapel feeling so relieved.nPriscilla

On behalf of our family we thank you so very much for a flawless and beautiful service for our Mum. We wish to thank everyone at Le Pine Glen Waverley, especially Sharon, who was exceptional in her kindness, compassion and professionalism. She was truly a Godsend for a family in grief and made everything easy and workable. A special thank you also to Father Peter Conroy  who lead the Prayer and Tina Giacco, who lead the Rosary reading, both beautiful and compassionate people we were blessed to have. I highly recommend this wonderful service. Our family is forever grateful.
