Was surprised to see that this shop only had 1 star but went this morning (quiet Sunday) and received no greeting upon entering the shop. After aimlessly walking around the shop for 10min, I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for assistance. Absolutely shocking customer service - if you can even call it that. Not surprised it is closing down.

We were given a present 2 aprons that were purchased from House Glen Waverley. Both aprons are unused and still have the House tags on them. Unfortunately we don't have the receipt. We asked the staff member if we can swap them over for another item. We even offered to show a copy of the bank transaction to prove purchase. We were rudely told it was not possible. Most stores Ive doubt with have been more accomodating about this kind of request. Will never shop at House again. Its over-priced anyway.
