Beautiful and fantastic location for a care community centre.nMany of the staff are absolutely brilliant and caring but some may need to be reminded of their duties and responsibilities towards the residents, especially those who are in high care.nOn the down side, parking spaces for visitors seem to be at a premium as 80% of the parking lots are taken by staff. It must be the only facility that gives priority parking to staff rather than to visitors.nHope management can and will improve this stressful situation for regular visitors.
Mum & Dad went into care at Waverley Valley a year ago and have only have had the best care and attention from staff with all needs meet. Mum has physically improved with work from the physios. Dads hi needs have been dealt with extremely well from staff & in house doctor. Lifestyle staff always friendly with a smile. I have lunch with my parents weekly & the quality of the food & service is always of a high standard. Clean with modern decor and has a homely feel.
Well support for my parents from respite cares transferring to permanent care during my difficult time. Thanks all the wonderful staffs.
My wife Alison has been a resident for six months and her level of care is outstanding. The staff at Waverley Valley Aged Care are so caring and are always smiling which indicates to me that they enjoy their work.nOver the recent Christmas period I attended all of the celebrations scheduled by the lifestyle department and the excellent meals from the well appointed kitchen. The food was just so well presented and the staff made attending these special days just a joy. My wife Alison enjoyed herself immensely.nApart from these special days life for the two of us at WVAC is so relaxing and from day one we have been made very welcome by management and care staff alike.nEntering and aged care facility and making decisions for your loved one is quite stressful and it comes at a time when your youthful energy has deserted you but Alison and I have been treated with respect and genuine concern from the outset and I sincerely thank the Admissions Manager and all care staff in providing Alison with a home to enjoy for the ensuing days ahead.
Waverly valley aged is the best place to work. I been work there for the last 8years and I can't complain. Staff and management are just amazing. We treat each residents with respect and dignity. I always recommend people to give us a visit, if you want to work or Looking for aged care for your love one. We are just one big happy family.
