This place have one of the best burger in Melbourne! Nice patty, juicy meat and many selection! Ps. Get those sweet potato chips with truffle mayo on the side, its crispy outside and tender inside!
Really great atmosphere at Brother Burger with an ever changing list of tap beer. The burgers are very delicious, the only thing stopping it from getting 5 stars is the cost. It's a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth a visit.
Brother Burger hands down gas Melbourne's best burgers. The Wagyu patties are hand made, sourced from a local butcher shop, beers are constantly rotating with only serving one keg of each ever!! If you're heading down, my recommendation is The Fun Guy took me way too long is a fungi pun since it has grilled mushrooms. The meat here really pops, burgers are generously sized and the atmosphere of the place is chillaxe. Check out the sweet potato chips over the regular fries; if you are brave ask them for some of the spicy sauce they put on the wings ;

Establishment has plenty of seats inside and outside and really looks nice comparing to some of the other burger joints I've been to. Tried the Jane which took around 15 minutes to come out and it blew my expectations through the roof. After eating out at over 20 burger places, this could be one of the best burgers going around. Just to make sure it wasn't just me that really enjoyed the burger, I asked the 3 other friends I was with and they all felt the same and were left gobsmacked. The Fries tastes exactly like Maccas fries which is nothing short of a massive compliment and the staff are very friendly and helpful when asked upon. Go and try for yourself and you will definitely will be back wanting more.
The burgers here are delicious. For those vegetarians and gluten-intolerant, there is a burger for you also.
The place is unpretentious and comfortable. The staff especially Al is friendly and attentive without being constantly at your elbow and the food is fantastic! The prices are reasonable. Perfectly cooked wagyu beef, tasty fries and sauces made fresh daily. Royal Blue burger was tender and juicy with a nice amount of toppings. My husband and I had a great time and plan to take others to enjoy their other offerings.
Service is sufficient. Beer lines are tapped well and varied. Ambiance is comfortable. Burgers however? Bun was slightly below tip top at coles and was stale, to attempt to hide the fact they toast it a good deal more than you'd enjoy. The meat was impressively bad, tasting much like gristle and incredibly low quality meat mash that has been frozen several times, and then unceremoniously thrown on a grill with no seasoning or effort made. It's a burger joint that sells garbage burgers, you do the math.
The large round table was perfect for our birthday dinner. Some of the burgers were hit or miss. My brother's was dry and crispy but mine was ok. The guys loved the wings. Sis loved her mushroom burger. The quality of the gluten free bread wasn't the best but I commend the chef for doing his best to cater for Coeliacs. I had the veggie fries which were delicious! Had a good laugh at some of the beer names.
These are some of the best burgers in Melbourne, better than Huxtaburger in my opinion. The main reason is that they make almost everything on site, so the buns are freshly baked and the sauces are delicious. The service is very friendly and there is usually no difficulty in getting a table. Burgers come reasonably quickly and not expensive. There are plenty of options on the menu including non burger items and alcoholic milkshakes. Try the hot stuff and the fat chips.
