Disgusting greedy service station! How can the two BP's a few kms away ALWAYS be 20-30 cents cheaper per litre? You should be ashamed of yourself, this service station used to be the place to go for cheap fuel.
Date: 30/06/2025nTime: 18:44nLocation: BP TanawhannThis evening, I drove approximately 5 km specifically to the Tanawha BP to refuel my vehicle, as I hold a BP loyalty membership card that offers a discount per litre. Upon reaching the counter to make payment, the staff member present—a lady—was on a phone call and blatantly ignored my presence at the counter for an extended period.nnWhen she finally acknowledged me, she silently pointed to the scanner for my BP card, without any greeting or courtesy. After scanning my card, she did not apply the eligible discount. When I politely reminded her, she became visibly irritated and raised her voice, demanding I scan again. I complied, and only then was the discount applied.nnFollowing payment, she failed to offer or issue a receipt. When I requested one, she printed it and handed it over with a dismissive and hostile attitude, as though I were asking for a favour rather than exercising a customer right.nnThis interaction was not only unprofessional but carried clear signs of disrespect, discourtesy, and discrimination. Her behaviour conveyed a sense of racial bias, partiality, and a complete disregard for customer service. Such conduct is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of BP as a service provider that claims to value all customers equally.
Went there last night 7:50pm and it was closed. You don’t honour the business hours you advertise. That’s really disappointing.
Love getting my petrol from Bp Tanawha, staff are always super friendly and service is great. They also have a great hotbox.
Very down to earth nice staff . Always friendly and look after locals
