Booked an appointment the day before over the phone, when I arrived the following morning at the specified appointment time was told there was no appointment booked in the system and I would just have to rebook. Hire some competent staff.

First visit as I’m new to the area and I was impressed by the caring and honest vet, Rob. Cat has to have some dental work a little pricey yet I’m sure it will be worth it.

Nice vets but need to update their websites as they no longer do puppy preschool/school. A lot of people go by their services and what they do. ‍

We are long time clients of this vet.  We love how it us part if ipswich vet group with practices also at karalee and pine Mountain.  All pet info is linked. Kind, caring staff.

After our cat was hit by a car, I rang the vets before closing to be told there would be a $750 consult fee. I was distraught and was happy to pay that.  I asked about a payment plan and they said I would need a deposit which I was fine with. I started the drive to them and had a phone call from them demanding a $750 deposit right then and there or they would not take her. I am disgusted by this. No compassion at all. I ended up going to Greater Springfield Vet who were amazing and so caring. $200 for consult and the eventual euthanasia. I understand that vets are businesses, but they are also supposed to love animals. Seems to be that they only care about money grabbing. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Great service and care for my fur baby. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

Everyone is so welcoming and just lovely AND they ALL unconditionally just love and adore all animals, 100% care and attention. You just can't fake that

Booval Veterinary Hospital had lovely service and were amazing and gentle with my cat. My Bindi girl was looked after well.
