This vets is amazing. I used to go to their other clinic in New farm and have come to the conclusion that they are all fabulous. My cat was both boarded here for a weekend and had vet appointments and the lovely ladies couldn't do enough for us. I have absolute faith that my cat gets the best care possible here and highly recommend them to everyone.

Had a bad experience with our last vet but this place was great. Very thorough consulting, went into detail with everything and good prices. Put all our worries at ease and wanted to keep in touch about our dogs needs by phone. Couldn't ask for better.

Happy with communication. Some initial confusion over quoted price for surgery but these guys clarified and accommodated us. Very happy with the care given to our dog. Thank you Karen for your assistance.

Poor customer experience Took my pup in to get her final C3 vaccination, after seeing the same vet 4 weeks earlier to get her second vacc and get her stitches from desexing out. Here's why it was a bad experience for me: - The vet asked me what I planned to do about getting my pup desexed (the same vet had taken the stitches out 4 weeks earlier) - The vet asked me if I needed any info around flea and tick control; we had the same conversation previously - The vet kept me waiting 10 mins after my appointment even though there were no other customers in the clinic the whole time I was there (I arrived 10 mins early) - After I'd paid, I had to ask the vet nurse to provide me the vacc certificate. Unless you have an appointment with the owner/senior vet, I'd stay away from this place.
