We have been seeing specifically Lee, Ali and Liz for over 4 years now, and have been thankful for their service and care. I include Ali and Liz (vet nurses), because they have given us appropriate advice to arising issues over the years and have been nothing short of wonderful. These three women were so caring and sensible when it came to end of life care of one of our boys, even though we are out of catchment we still come back to see Lee, Ali and Liz.

The only negative part of moving interstate has been leaving this surgery. I've never felt dissatisfied with the level of care, or any of the diagnoses over the years we've been going here. I've always felt that they've listened to me, and care about my animals. And never judged me for being a little crazy bonkers about my babies. Genuine affection for their charges.

Friendly staff and atmosphere, but useless service. Definitely overpriced for the services given. Brought my cat and the only thing we got from it was an invoice and nothing helpful.

As a wildlife carer as well as the proud owner of both a dog and a cat, I find the staff and service without equal. They are friendly, conscientious and professional and give a choice of treatments when applicable.

Taken my dog here for a urinating problem and they were able to help so quickly also feels like a family when going here would recommend this practice to all my friends and family. 😊😉
