Phone booked for two nights but extended to 3. Powered site, amazing views over the harbour and really lovely owners. Site sizes and views vary, amenities are unisex separate toilets with basin and a row of showers with basin. Showers are $1 coin operated about 3 minutes as park is on tank water. Washing machine available with an honesty box $4 per load. Plenty of line space.nRoads in and out are steep and windy in parts. The park itself is terraced on a steep hill. We used low range and took it slow and had no issues.nPlenty of Pademelons grazing every afternoon, lots of photo opportunities.
Such a great spot - the view from the holiday park is incredible! We stayed here a for a night at a powered site in a campervan and were warmly welcomed by the hosts who were very helpful and accommodating. Ammenities are well set up and maintained. Would recommend and look forward to our next stay!
This is a wonderful spot, a short walk to the beach and with a lovely view of the water.nFacilities are great, quite new and always clean, and tent sites are grass
Beautiful spot with great views and clean toilets. Showers weren’t that hot and you had to pay for them $1 for 3 minutes, which didn’t really make sense considering you’re already paying to stay there. Laundry was $4 per load and only cold water was available. One of the owners told us there was no set check-out time and that we could leave whenever we liked, so we planned our morning around that. But the next day, her husband came over and, not very nicely, told us we had to leave — that if we stayed past midday, we’d have to pay for another night. So we had to stop cooking, pack up our wet clothes from the line, and hit the road. Bit of a poor move on their part — just set a clear check-out time so people know what to expect. Don’t say we can leave whenever, then change your mind the next morning.nnCan’t be a coincidence that most of the negative reviews seem to be about him.
We recently had two nights on a caravan site at the park. Darren met us on arrival and was welcoming and very pleasant. He showed us to our site and guided me as I backed our van. The park and its setting is exceptional! The amenities are outstanding and incredibly clean and well maintained. There is obvious pride in owning and managing this park and making sure that everyone has a wonderful stay. Thank you Darren and Suzanne for your hospitality and we will definitely be return guests
