I had the lovely Larissa who helped me through my ordering experience!nnI purchased 2 different dresses but stressed about one of them being to small and emailed through to see if I could add a dress to the order. Unfortunately I was unable to but Larissa said I could purchase the dress separately and offered me free shipping!! I had also mentioned I was in a rush to find the perfect pink dress for a hens I had that weekend and was finding it hard to secure a pink dress as that colour has never been a part of my wardrobe colours. Black black black is my comfort haha She put a rush on my order and I had them within 1-2 days of ordering. Not only was I in love with my dress and it was so comfortable, I was complimented so many times on the dress itself but how much it suited my body.nnI just wanted to say a huge thank you to Billy J and Larissa for being so fast in her responses and understanding. Without your help I would have skipped the hens or been uncomfortable in another outfit!nnThank you thank you thank you for making me feel pretty in pink

I ordered three dresses from Billy J and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The dresses look just as stunning in person as they do online, and the quality is excellent for the price. Delivery was impressively fast, and I’m so grateful for that! Now I’m faced with the tough decision of which one to wear for my upcoming event because they are all so beautiful. I highly recommend Billy J for anyone looking for stylish, quality pieces at a great price!

I purchased the Chaney Button Up Mini Dress in dark denim, it’s a beautifully designed dress but for the price paid it was quite bad quality. I just expected heavier fabric given the price. However the denim is extremelynlight weight yarn and disappointingly the stitching was fraying all over!

Do not buy your bridesmaids dresses from here!!nThe dresses will be crappy material that has pull marks throughout it!nnMy sister in law tried on her dress after removing the tags excited to have lost enough weight to finally fit it and noticed it had pulls all through it, a dress I bought BNWT also has pulls through it.. many reviews say the same thing and I wish we had of seen the reviews earlier… Billy j offer a 15% refund nnThe product is faulty.. and because the tags are off they don’t care! The dress has never been worn or washed and they won’t accept it back for a refund despite it being faulty.. under consumer law they are meant to replace an item if it’s faulty… regardless if it’s been worn or not mind you.nnTo top it all off, one of the dresses I ordered came with oil stains and makeup on it… ‘brand new’nI was offered 20% back and no option to replace the dress. I was told to order again with free shipping… & return the faulty item for a refund.nnBillyj was my go to.. as with my mother and sisters.nNot anymore!!nnDon’t waste your time with this company
