Shirts R Us is definitely one of Brisbane's best kept secrets. I know this for sure as I have repeatedly come back to them for over 7 years. As an employee of a major University in Brisbane, we place large bulk orders for our student t-shirts annually through Shirts R Us. I've since placed several personal orders for family and friends with Shirts R Us. Shane and the Team have always delivered exceptional service and quality products. After comparing over a dozen t-shirt companies in Brisbane, Shirts R Us came out on top, and were the most cost effective option. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and the feeling that you are really being looked after. As a small family business, they stand to prove that it's not always the size of your business that matters but more about the quality of your work, and how well you look after your customers. Would highly recommend Shirts R Us. Fantastic customer service, great quality prints, quick to respond to enquiries, great prices and they really go above and beyond for customers. I have been ordering from them for a while now and really value how helpful they are and the quality of their work. Shirts R Us are able to order a great range of styles and brands and offer really useful advice on printing options to best suit your needs. I have put in small and large orders and have always received great customer service and a quick turn around on orders with the option to pick up or have freight to your door.
Very happy with my shirts and jumpers. You guys do great work. The printing is awesome. Would highly recommend this business to any one having shirts printed.
Very poor service. Prints are good quality but I'd rather pay more and have great service then pay less and be treated rudely and with disrespect. Tina need some customer service experience to learn how to talk to people. Definitely won't be dealing with them again.
