After reading some of the other reviews, I wonder if we have all shopped at the same store. Every time I have been there, the staff have been very helpful and happy to answer my questions. They even fitted different car seats into my car to find out what would fit best prior to me making a purchase back before baby number 3 was born. I was just in there again today to get a booster seat, high chair and bath seat and the man who manages the store went above and beyond to go through all of the products. In the past the same manager has been very accommodating in organising a custom made mattress cover for me. Two thumbs up

About 2 years ago, we ordered a pram on line, for some reason when it processed the wrong pram was allocated to us. We when picked up, we realised the mistake, they refused to exchange for the correct pram saying it could not be refunded, despite their policy saying others. We were forced to sell on eBay and purchase the correct pram else where. Not impressed with their service. We now have two children and through poor management of the situation have lost potential future sales for our two lovely boys.  If you value good customer service and follow-up do NOT purchase from Belly 2 Baby.

I ordered a bassinet kit on the 02.02 and it was posted 12.02. Website clearly states "hipping is within 10 working days approximately. weekends & public holidays are not counted." I had e-mailed after 5 days to get an update but never received a response. They use e-go as their courier who have seemingly mixed reviews. If you need an item quickly, look elsewhere. If you are looking to save a penny and don't mind the wait. Go for it.

Awful online service. They have a "online only" part of the company called Baby Frugal which do not take phone calls and do not reply to emails. They also don't send items that have been paid for. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a baby seat that was "in stock". Courier was booked and they couldn't pick it up for whatever reason. I had to raise a chargeback with my card company. Useless. Avoid at all costs...

Ordered my Infasecure Emerge online - cheapest price in Australia and arrived 7 days later before it was due meant to be 9 days to Tasmania. No issues at all but was hesitant after reading these reviews after I’d bought it. Very happy and arrived in excellent condition

I found it interesting to see such bad reviews for this shop. I would and have already recommended it to other friends that are expecting. The young lady who has been there most times on the weekend when we have gone shopping and the gentleman at pick up could bot of been more helpful. There was an issue with a couple of bolts not being in the box and hence the 4 not 5 star review but this is quite common with flat pack stuff.  In general customer service was amazing, range was extensive and reasonably priced and their package deals where amazing, i would definatly go back in the future.

I've attempted to buy 2 car seats from them 3 weekends in a row and they are never open although they clearly advise on their walk outside their business that they are open on weekends. Sunday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday from 10am - 4pm. I visited in those business hours and they are just never open. I've called multiple times with nobody answering their phones either. I've emailed them and the response clearly say that they are only closed on public holidays. I am hesitant to buy from them online as costumer service doesn't seem to exist and reading all bad reviews from online customers I am happy that I went to baby bunting instead.

Ordered the steelcraft agile elite online, great prices. There was an issue with payment initially, it was at this time I looked at reviews and was nervous. But spoke to an incredibly friendly and helpful lady on the phone and order was shipped out that day. Ordered 14th June, delivered to regional queensland on the 22nd June. Really happy with the service, price and product.

Im purposely writing a review because iv seen some bad ones, and iv honestly never had a bad experience shopping here!! Iv bought car seats for my kids a few years ago and now im having baby number 3 iv been back there to buy my pram and plenty of other thongs i need....everytime iv been helped with no problems, the lady showed me how to use the pram, she helped me take measurements of the car seats and then came out and measured my car too!! She googled things for me....all of these things were very much appreciated and how can you fault that??!! And not once have i been there and it was closed....i think someone got the times wrong!! Those other reviews are absolute BS compared to EVERY experience iv had there!!

Not happy at all.  Put a cot package on layby and was never advised by the staff member that it was a special order as it was a different colour to the package on display, even though the colour I ordered is available for that package.  I rang this morning and tried to amend the layby by swapping to a car travel/pram package only to be told I will lose 10% of the total order cost.  That is I lose $140 because some staff member was too busy to tell me the correct information!  I have to wear the cost.  Not very good service.  And definitely need better staff training.
