Best bike rental service I’ve used! High end bikes in great condition with fresh rubber and responsive brakes. Bike experts are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Staff are legit mountain riders and they have etched out their niche in the QT area. They were friendly and made adjustments to accommodate our preferences with saddle height, front/rear brake handedness, etc.none of the sizes we rented was not returned from a previous renter, so they made accommodations for us to have another rental with no drama. The shop is a stones throw from skyline, where we planned to ride. Would not hesitate to rent or purchase from them if/when we return.
Run by riders who are passionate about the sport. Top shelf brands, excellent mechanics and sales staff that will do the right thing by you. Queenstown's best shop.
Liam and the team at Bikeholic have been amazing, we had some warranty issues with a new bike & they went above and beyond for us to get this sorted! Super grateful! I don’t know much at all about full suspension bikes, but they were so patient, always willing to take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, and never made me feel dumb for not knowing these things, They are super knowledgeable and always make sure the bikes are setup perfectly for each rider before they leave the shop even after a service.nHighly recommend these guys if your looking for a new bike, they have a great selection of bikes and accessories and anything they don’t have they get in super quick.nThanks Liam you were a great help at getting the right bike for my son and everything you helped us with once we got the bike - legend!
Awesome shop with amazing customer service & product support. Bought my first e-bike from the crew at Bikeaholic recently a Marin Rift Zone E1 and proceeded to give it a thorough thrashing. After breaking a few components all of which were my fault the shop team went above and beyond to source replacement parts and delivered outstanding warranty support. Honestly couldn’t ask for more - or recommend them highly enough!
