Had a really weird mishap with an online order and Kim & Kendall & the team at Lulu in Queenstown were absolutely awesome in helping me out. Super efficient and really lovely customer service. Would recommend to a friend!
Amazing staff, they were really friendly and helpful! We took a while to try out the different styles and types, while the staff was patient and gave good suggestions on how to style them. Best part is that, it’s probably the cheapest place to buy Lululemon in Asia/Oceania!
The best team, they are very patience even busy for this time of the year on sale but their always give you the best service. We live in Auckland so all the size in store and website is gone but here they love to take care and find the size you looking for. Definitely will be in QT to see them again. Thanks so much team you guy are awesome.
I had such a lovely buying experience here. All the girls were so friendly, remembering my name, helping me learn about sizing and offering a tonne of assistance changing garments to try on. They didn’t have one item in stock that I wanted and I left with assurance that they’d email around and find it, get it sent to their store, get the leggings taken up, and then get it posted back to me all for no extra charge! I left with confidence that would happen and about an hour later I received a call from another store saying my leggings were on their way. How good! All the girls were lovely, can’t wait to shop there again.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Queenstown store. It was such a pleasure to shop there and the staff members are absolutely fabulous particularly Jasmin without an e and Paige with an e who bent over backwards to help me. Even the follow up phone call just about had me in tears .. it was so lovely. Thank you beautiful ladies for making a simple shopping trip so special

Went in just to try some stuff on after seeing how good it looked on a local LuLulemon ambassador. I left psyched with a bag full of warm garments. Moni was a gem and all the ladies in the shop where epicly nice to talk to.
Friendly staff did I mention friendly? Super kids friendly and attentive staff knows where things are like nobody else. Located so centrally it's impossible to give it a miss. Shop here is on another level compare to stores else where in nz. Highly recommend.
I am loyal to this brand and shop it around the world. Only at this location are the staff unhelpful. After interactions with two rude employees my husband and I decided to leave the items we were going to purchase and walked out. We'll get them at a different location and support another store.
