Robbed blind! Bought and held trainers behind counter for me. Found same shoes for $70 less 100m down the road. Return to store 20mins later...No refund Policy! Therefore forced to buy or store credit. Note for future: Read small print Side note: staff knowledgable.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful staff. They didn't have my size when I was at the store, but they were able to order me the shoes and shipped them to me in Invercargill.

Had to buy some emergency hiking boots while travelling through NZ because the soles of both shoes came off in the middle of one of our hikes. Bad timing. The guy who serviced us at the shop (wish I had asked his name) was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and narrowed options down for me very quickly as we didn't have much time. He was great. Walked away with a great pair of solomons. Very happy. The girl there was also very helpful with giving us some great tips for our trip to wanaka. Lovely people, great service and very happy with my shoes.

Hi have been purchasing my running shoes and my kids' football shoes at FrontRunner Queenstown for a few years and I must say Paul and his team have been excellent at keeping us happy, they also have a great connection with local events, with great deals available for athletes. I fully recommend them for a fantastic range and good knowledge to help you choose the right shoes for you.

I phoned to find out what time you were open, and there was no message on the phone so i thought you might be with customers. I looked on this website to see if you were open, and it said you were open to 7.30pm, I drove 20Kms to reach you at 7.15pm to find you were closed !! Update your website or have a message on your phone as to your hours, this was waste of my time !!!
