Very bad service by Indian lady doesn’t even know how to approach customer. She told me off very rude that store is closed although OPEN sign was still out. When I asked about time or open sign again her answer was very unpleasant and her face expressions were so weird. Definitely not going back tomorrow. Need to work on customer service
Rakesh at the Frankton store gave sub par customer service, he was unpleasant towards us from the time we walked in the store. It took his co worker’s help for us to have our issue resolved. His attitude and approach towards clientele could definitely be improved.
Sanny the manager is the first person I have struck that didn't treat a couple of older people like dummies, she was so helpful and I can't speak highly enough of the service we received just awesome absolutely recommended
I'm going to say the lady was really helpful so we will see how my phone bill will stack up
