It is expensive than average, Kathamandu as a brand. This shop in Queenstown, has two floors. Can buy any type of clothing u want to at a higher price.
I bought one item. They didn't have my size on the 2nd item and asked us to come the next day but the other person on duty was abrupt in telling us that they were closed and they didn't have my size.

My husband bought a featherdown vest,which I had rung & enquired about before arriving in store. The staff were extremely helpful both on the phone and instore. My husband is very pleased with his vest.
We were pleasantly surprised by two things when entering the store. For one they an awesome range of high quality clothing and equipment for the ourdoors! But most impressive was the extent of knowledge and servicemindedness they showed us. We interacted with three of the store clerks, each one being equally professional and honest about their product! Just proves that great merchandise do not make the store...the staff do!
Bought a pair of hiking boots in June, they didnt even last till September and started to fall apart. When i took them to the store to get repaired they came back with glue marks everywhere and it seemed like a 7 year old did the repair job. Then the male manager decided to tell me that is how a professional does shoe repairs and was very rude and blamed it on me and how i treated my shoes. Horrible customer service. I have lost all faith in this company, i now understand why there are always sales going on, because they can not sell their any of their cheap made products that are not even made with quality, only profit in mind. Very disappointed.
Recently purchased a item from the store and had trouble finding my promo code. So the friendly crew jumped in and found everything I needed. Awesome crew and friendly chats whilst waiting.
