Super quality - from the touch till the wear! It’s a must to own a product and soon in Dubai Mall, first floor
Hard to buy for my wife, but I found it here and I am very excited to give a beautiful and special gift to her. Many neat and unique quality too things in this place! The coat I purchased even has a tag in it with the names of the people who hand-stitched it like my Mercedes AMG engine. Bruna was most knowledgeable and helpful and made it easy including a shipping option.
The jacket is so much lighter than I thought, and it really shows the body figure. Just LOVE it so much!! The service here is excellent, staffs are friendly and willing to find the best and suitable clothes for customers. Will definitely come back to this store when I visit Queenstown again :
What an amazing store this place is. Fantastic products and amazing, knowledgeable and friendly staff. One of the best things it’s family owned and everything is made in New Zealand and the products are of the highest quality. I could not buy something for my wife, this jacket was handmade and has the signature of the person that’s made it!!!! If your in Queenstown you need to go here and even just get a souvenir or buy the jacket of the dreams.

Feeling good with the shopping experience
I have 2 beautiful coats from BONZ, both were bought over 15 years ago and still look amazing. I took my cream lambskin coat to the dry cleaners in Ilam Christchurch a few weeks ago, and to my dismay the coat was returned minus 2 of the beautiful horn buttons. After many failed attempts at trying to find anything nearly as good quality, I telephoned BONZ Queenstown and spoke with Lydia. She very quickly assured me they could help me out and find replacements. I am delighted to write a review to reflect such impeccable service. Having bought the original garment so long ago I was doubtful as to what could be done, but BONZ Queenstown were so helpful and quick to respond via email, they have even posted me replacement buttons free of charge. It is this kind of service that reflects the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of these beautiful coats. Although pricey, they are lifelong investment, worth every hard earned penny. Thankyou Lydia and your team for providing me with outstanding customer service

I visited Queenstown from Nelson NZ & fell in love with a Suri alpacca rug/throw. The staff were really helpful & said they could custom make one. I placed an order on 2/11 & couldn't believe it when it arrived this morning one week later! The rug was beautifully wrapped & presented. I've lived in many countries & rarely have I experienced this level of service, professionalism & attention to detail. It shows the staff believe in their product & customer service is really important to them. I visited this shop years ago & the staff were equally helpful then. Well done BONZ you're a credit to NZ!
