Paul hooked me up with a terrific Campy-equipped road bike to hit all the best climbs in the region, and the next day equipped me with a Surly Straggler for the fun gravel paths around Queenstown. He was super helpful in providing guidance about the best routes and cafes in the area. The shop has nice art and cycling kit available, too. While mountain biking is king in Queenstown, check out Cycle Higher for those interested in touring the area on road and gravel bikes. It won't disappoint!

Great place with impressive choice of many bikes and what was even more impressive- is customer service. I spoke to a very friendly guy there who was very knowledgable and he even let me ride the giant wheels bike in front of his store for a laugh. Highly recommend this place!

Rental and staff were great for a bike hire we got to ride from Arrowtown to Queenstown. Bike quality was good for the price.

Great bikes. Helpful staff.  Awesome experience!  I got the Surly Straggler and rode up to Arrowtown with a mate.  Great machine I loved it!  Cheers Paul!

Awesome hire experience. Their whole fleet are high quality Bombtrack, Marin or Surly bikes. I hired a Surly Straggler and had a ball on the trails around town. Brand new helmet as well rather than the old stinky ones you often get. I’d come back for sure. No MTB rentals here though.
