We recently stayed at this Big 4 caravan park with our family and found the property to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the electricity went out in our cabin on the first night due to a faulty power board. While this was inconvenient, we were impressed with how promptly the maintenance team and managers responded. They quickly provided us with a cable to power essential appliances like the fridge and phone chargers, and an electrician arrived first thing the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and support we received was excellent. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great service, Jo looked after us really well. A friendly face aand great help with lots of local knowledge. Location was easy to get to and the cabin was modern and well appointed. Definitely will stay again when in Launceston . Thanks

Stayed for a night and is what I expected of a big 4. Facilities were clean and tidy with powered site. Had a jumping pillow and small play ground for the kids. Are doing upgrades which will enhance the stay. Only thing I can pick is no fire pit in winter would’ve made the night. Camp is minimal with limited utensils.

We recently stayed three nights in one of the studio cabins. Ours was very nice, modern, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware it was a studio so a little smaller than we were used to.nThe location is adjacent to a major road so is noisy on the balcony but not in the cabin.nThe service is excellent and everything was prepared when we arrived .

Enjoyed our stay – very welcoming reception staff.nVery clean cabin and accommodating for our family stay. Toiletries, towels & bedding all provided.
