We had the best time staying at BIG4 Holiday Park Helensvale with our family of five! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. The facilities are spotless and really well maintained — the kids absolutely loved the pool, splash zone, and playgrounds, while we appreciated the peaceful surroundings and family-friendly atmosphere.nnThe location is so convenient too — just a short drive to the theme parks and shops, but tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There’s so much for the kids to do that we actually got to relax a little too!nnWe’ll definitely be back — this place is a gem for families!

The facilities are great, my kids are loving the pools and water park. Our room is spacious and considering we are so close to the highway the noise is minimal. The room could do with a few minor improvements but overall it’s great. The staff have been lovely and you can see that the park in general is well maintained with plenty for the kids and adults to enjoy.

We had such a fantastic time at this caravan park! The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the facilities were spotless and modern. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our powered site was spacious and well-positioned, with plenty of shade and easy access to amenities.nnThe kids loved the playground, slash pad, jumping pillow and pool area, and we really appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. It’s a perfect spot for families, couples, or anyone just wanting a peaceful break in a beautiful location.  We had the best mothers day weekend We’ll definitely be back!

We are halfway through our stay and loving it. There’s so much to keep every member of the family happy. Water park is really fun for both adults and kids and all the facilities are lovely and well kept. Nibbles Cafe also has a great selection of food and drinks which we found to be delicious, generous with a great variety and reasonably priced. Also a lovely surprise to be welcomed with discount coupons on arrival which I’d recommend taking advantage of. Very close to movie world too. We will definitely come back to stay in future.

Our favourite Big4 in our lap of Australia. We have returned many times, now with a toddler and baby, and we are never disappointed. It has everything your family needs to relax-plenty of activities and amazing HEATED pool/splash park for kids, spa for adults and amazing food and drinks pool side, spotless facilities, close to everything, amazingly attentive staff. Feels more like a resort. Do yourself a favour and book at least 3 days. Also check their amazing promotions to make your holiday even more affordable!
