Resident ReviewnnLiving here has become extremely stressful due to the behaviour of reception staff, particularly Simon and georgie Residents and their friends who are not leased directly through reception are constantly questioned, filmed, and asked to leave the property. Many are accused of trespassing and threatened that the police will be called, even when they have leased apartment here!!!!nnThere are serious concerns about cameras in shared areas like the laundry and people are constantly getting stalked.nThe underground car park is also being mismanaged parking is only given to friends of reception staff or those willing to pay privately, while others are confronted, threatened.nnSeveral residents have already filed a complaint with the RTA, and we have been advised to involve the police if this harassment continues. I only hope karma catches up the desk jokeysnnGeorgie claims to be a psychology and criminology graduate, which makes it even more surprising that her career seems to have ended up at reception confronting and filming residentsnnResidents just want to live peacefully without intimidation, monitoring, or unnecessary harassment.nThe reception - the whole family are the most rude, unprofessional, and disgusting people i have ever seen. I hope karma comes up and they are kicked out if this accomodation.nAlso you wont find me in your system as i am not leased by you.
RUDE STAFF - I delivered beautiful flowers here from the business I work for. I am a very polite and happy person and was treated with a disgusting attitude instantly upon my arrival. Really disappointing and undeserved, if you are unhappy at your workplace please don’t take it out on innocent bystanders trying to do their job.
Wow -trying to enquire about Uni accommodation was difficult. The manager and her daughter stood steadfastly behind the way they write and their manner of the phone. If they are this rude to enquiries I dread to think what they are like to the tenants.
Avoid Varsity Towers at all costs. Living there was one of the most stressful parts of my uni experience, and I’m honestly grateful to have finally moved out. Management consistently treated students poorly, ignored problems, and made tenants feel disrespected and unsupported. Complaints were met with hostility or brushed aside, and many residents felt taken advantage of simply because they were young and away from home.nTo make matters worse, a friend of mine who left a negative review was pressured into taking it down. That makes you wonder how many of the glowing 5-star reviews are even real. Meanwhile, the overwhelming number of low-star reviews all share the same stories, unfair treatment, poor living conditions, and zero accountability from management.nFor future students and parents: please take these warnings seriously before considering Varsity Towers. Moving out of home should be exciting, not miserable. I regret ever living there, and I would never recommend it.
I have lived in VT for more than one year. I have to say the studio is perfect for a single person. The internet is fast and cost is affordable. Purchasing a ‘need everything package’ could save your time spent in IKEA or Costco as a new comer here. The only thing I wanna complain about is the high cost hot water bills. If the utilities could be a little cheaper, I would like to say VT is the best choice for those who study in Bond uni
