The management is going to rip you off your bond when you leave the place, they dont speak basic english and are in-experienced in property management.

Party shores, not varsity shores. Frat boys and uni students drinking all hours. Love it

The worst management I've ever experienced, bad service (especially when it comes to cleaning), and just not the best place for students, since there are many families with young children around. It's also quite expensive for what they offer.
