The burger is quite nice. Service was good and the staffs were very friendly. It took some time for the food to come out but well, I could see they really put efforts in making a juicy burger. I'll come back again.
Very friendly staff. The burger was big and tasty but not quite professionally made. Bun was a tad dry and the middle was very soggy/wet. The chips was very chalky.
Awesome burgers with friendly staff and a great venue. Not too many burger joints are licensed, let alone having their own beer garden! That is irrelevant if the burgers aren't any good though, and without a doubt the burgers and sides are fresh, tasty and from a very diversified menu - something for everyone! Would highly recommend, and yes, it might not be considered the 'trendiest' joint, in my opinion it lets its food do the talking in a spacious burger joint.

Nice and friendly. Felt welcomed the minute i stepped through the door. The food was lovely. All four of us had different burgers and shared chips. We all loved it. Will be visiting again
We ordered home delivery twice, and twice the order was incorrect. For our "Royale with Cheese Combo", we did not get the "chips without salt" so we did not get our full combo, and for the $9 serve of sweet potato fries, I got a serve of waffle fries with a few sweet potato chips mixed in. We were hungry by the time the food arrived and could not be bothered to call and sort it out. In another order, my "Calamari Rings with salad" came as "Calamari rings with chips". Again, once the food had arrived we couldn't be bothered to call up and waste time with sorting it out since it is not a big issue. But now we have received the incorrect thing from this restaurant both times we ordered from them, it feels like this problem needs attention. Especially when food is missing that we paid for. Food is good though.
This place was actually the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order and when I went to the counter to order a drink they told me to take a seat and someone will come over. No one came. I finally flagged down a waiter and he told me that i wasn’t seated in his section and walked away! We stayed anyway because we were trying to have a good night and my partner ate the chicken and spat it out because it was pink. When I told the waiter all he did was take the dish away and bring out another. We were too scared to even try it.
excellent food and service. all meals we have had are beyond delicious. one of the biggest secrets on high street. every visit leaves you wanting to return asap for more. the team there care about what they do and there customers. spread the word. go to biffs eat and enjoy.
They make "kick-ass" Burgers here ...... A little bit away from the plethora of food on High St, Preston, quaint front with a Courtyard at the back. Furnished with some funky full-slab or near full wooden tables, not too much fanfare but very pleasant to dine in. Huge buns, killer sauce, moist Beef patty, cooked well, full of goodness, that home-made feels and wrapped in the old Greek Fish & Chips style, grease paper, doubled with aluminium foil ...... placed in a new-age big Brown paper bag :- old & new fusion. Definitely made to enjoy, thank you.
