Stopped by for a coffee while visiting High Street Northcote. I love the high quirk level of this cafe. Lots of interesting stuff available and definately a place if you are craft curious. I opted for a chai and slice. The chai was made from loose leaf and I really liked the blend. Offered honey or maple syrup to go with it. Tried the maple syrup as I was curious. Definitely adds a sweet twist to the tea. The slice was dense and tasty fig and nuts. Enjoyed both the tea and cake. Super friendly service and warm welcoming atmosphere. This would be a great place to bring your crochet or knitting and chill for an afternoon.
Really gorgeous little cafe. My kids loved it. Coffee was great. Owners were very relaxed but it was well managed. Attracts very mixed clientele. You feel right at home.
my family love going to Bettie’s cafe. They have great coffee, friendly service, good vibes and toys for the little ones. We particularly enjoy the toddler craft sessions they run :
Super cute hidden gem! This is a great place to hangout and relax and has heaps of table space to spread out to work or study too and they actually don't mind if you use their Wi-Fi and hang, unlike some places :P I had a tea and a brownie and both were of good quality and price.
Love Bettie's!! The coffee's great, excellent selection of baked treats. My favourite wrap is the Scrambled egg, toastedI can relax, chill out.
