We called in advance because my mother and grandmother have a very strict diet. The chef Tesha was more than happy to accommodate and invented a fabulous recipe that catered to them. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were incredible. Try the desserts!! Thanks guys.
Truely a leader in its field, nothing quite comes close. Vegan, gluten free, dairy and refined sugar free can be a hard thing to do yet buku does it so well. You wouldn't even know what your eating is so clean and healthy it tastes that good.
