Not much options that you could choice from the menu, which you don't need to wast too much time to think about what you want to have, and the burger could be serve quickly. Yes it did, however, the burger is needed some improvement actually, the meat was too dried, the bun itself was burned and hard. Also the staff is so cold and not welcoming. So, I would say that it's better to look for other better burgers. Will not recommended and never try for second time.

Great food here ! yet staff don"t seem happy at all.. it doesn't feel very welcome at all, its not very nice. yet the food is great !

Only eat here on a Saturday night if you are willing to wait an hour for a burger. I thought the point in only having 4 types of burgers is so you can get them out quickly. The kitchen was so disorganised, I seriously thought there was about to be a riot. The cook spent more time explaining to customers why it is taking so long rather then actually cooking.

Better Burger? More like there are 'better burger' places in Silvia Park that won't get you sick. First off, soggy/greasy chips, instant fail. Second, the cheese burger that I had was probably one of the worst I've had in a very long time; the buns were stone cold and untoasted, the cheese was spread to one side, the lettuce was all bunched up to the centre, the patty was overcooked and the insanely runny sauce mixed with the meat juices soaked up everything into a soggy mess. On top of that, I got sick for days after the meal.

Extremely poor service. Despatched the wrong order with absolutely no apology. The sigh and facial expression of the staff member made us feel like it was our fault when we asked for the order to be corrected.
