Wow ! Amazing ! This is a gastronomic restaurant, don't expect a huge plate, but the quantity is correct. The food is tasty aaaas, not dry at all, don't even need any sauce. Fish, meat, veggies, it was just perfect. 

We booked the table IN the kitchen, it was amazing ! An experience to do at least once. You can actually see most of the preparation, not all, but still a lot. 
The waiters were very nice, always with the smile, and very professional.

This place never disappoints. Hidden behind the lobby you could mistake it for a usually hotel restaurant. This place definitely stands on its own merits. 
All dishes are excellent, perfect combination of flavours with perfect sizes. It's very much a sharing idea, borrowed from traditional Italian style of dining. 
Stand out dishes for me personally are the dick papardelle and veal schnitzel. 
Bedtime combination for a couple are 2 smaller dishes (top of the menu) followed by 2 mains with 1 side. Follow this with 2 or a shared dessert. For me the Rum Baba is always a must.
Excellent restaurant, fantastic food. Great wine list.

Very nice place, excellent Italian food served the traditional Italian way: Antipasti, First and Second course, all to share. We let the waitress select the dishes and it was just perfect. Together with great (New Zealand) wine it was a perfect evening

Totally worth your time while visiting Auckland. Great selection of food and wine, meat eaters and vegetarians have options for days.  To start grab The Ricotta Honey and Pine nuts With the garlic pizza bread. Vegos the Eggplant Parimgina is the key to unlocking your eating happiness here 👌
