I love this place, it's a little tucked away behind other stores but the food is great. 

I've been a few times and the staff are so lovely. My favourite is the crispy pork banh mi but I prefer to swap the mayo for hoisin sauce. I'm heading in again this afternoon and can't wait!

Not easy to find. Up the stairs, around the right, then side allay on the left next to Kindercare.
