We had a fantastic stay here. Checking in the staff were very friendly and welcoming and were able to help find a room for our needs. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms clean and renovated. It’s a quick walk to the beach or back into town for restaurants and shopping.
Great experience. The staff is exceptional. Restaurant serves cuisine to satisfy every taste! To the American travelers, this is NOT the same Best Western we have in the states - totally better!
We stayed in a very comfortable Queen room which had plenty of natural light. Only negatives were: the lack of a handrail for the bathtub, a safety issue that could be easily rectified; and that no breakfast bowls or large spoons were provided. Warrnambool is an impressive modern town: we wished we'd allowed an extra day to explore the area more.
Amazing place! Booked a mezzanine room and there was plenty of space. Rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were really comfortable! Downside is that there aren’t any lifts and we were at the top floor, so we had to lug our heavy luggages up the stairs. Ample of parking spots available as well! Staff were friendly and helpful too!nOverall amazing place, would highly recommend!
Raj and his crew were amazing. The rooms were clean, amazing hospitality and amazing food at the restaurant. The staff were so nice and friendly. Plenty of parking onsite and it’s located near by to all the places you would like to visit, supermarkets and other restaurants in the city.
