Maybe you shouldn’t call yourselves an “international” motelneven bottle shops or Woolies shut at 10pm in Warrnambool and your reception closes at 7pm…nIf you arrive after 7pm you can only pick the keys up from a lock box. Pretty much like a self service Airbnb. But when it comes to charging people, they know how to charge $170 per night.nIf you’d like to check in after 7pm, they will ask for your credit card details for security purposes. Which is understandable. But is it really that hard to keep the reception open until around 10 PM?? This sort of a service is a great answer of why international tourists don’t choose this beautiful country.nnBesides this, rooms were good, clean and comfortable. Location is great, and place has a lovely vibe. Even though “the way” of service is awful, staff were kind and helpful.
Very nice motel. Room is spacious, bed is comfy, facilities include everything you need. Of particular note is the friendliness and proactive helpfulness of the manager/receptionist, Kate. Highly recommended.
Good location and very short way to Coles. The twinbed room is so large that beyond my expectation. Room is tidy and clean.
Clean rooms and pleasant reception staff, parking spaces are quite tight especially if there are a number of bigger vehicles and 4WD's.nAppears to have had a recent refresh but certainly an older style property
My wife and myself had a great weekend in this motel, very good Customer service and the room was tidy and clean we will back soon. Thanks
