Figtree Holiday Village is situated in a quiet but central position in Lava Street which is one block south of the highway. Its lush green lawns, trees, shrubs and bright flower beds are easily maintained throughout the year. A short 7-8 minute walk will place you in the main shopping centre within easy access to shops (naturally!), restaurants, hotels, the cinema, the Performing Arts Centre, the post office, a supermarket and service stations.

We had a fantastic stay at Warrnambool Tasman Holiday Parks in the deluxe 3 bedroom cabin and it sure was deluxe!nnThe cabin was particularly spacious, very clean and well stocked with everything you would need.nnA well equipped park with great, clean facilities, we especially loved the indoor pool!nnAll of the staff were really friendly and helpful.nnI would stay again and highly recommend staying here for a affordable family holiday or group of friends!
‘Indoor heated pool’ is ice cold, I’m pregnant and was too scared to enter the pool as it was so cold, my nephew came out with purple lips after 10 minutes.nManager and state OPS manager are aware that their heat pump is broken has been for months but obviously not willing to invest the money into fixing this.nnOther than this, our room was neat, spacious, comfortable and had good amenities.nRoom layout is not ergonomically being that you have to look sideways to watch tv.nWouldn’t stay again due to the lack of care from management.
We had booked this accommodation over winter for the indoor pool facilities. It states on the website and out the front the pool is heated. However the pool is very cold. Every single person in the pool said how cold it was. Basically the same temp as a regular outside pool. The pump is clearly broken, they are well aware of it other reviews from months ago mentioned this and not wanting to fix it. I took this to management who was very rude about it. There solution to the heat pump cutting out and not holding the temp was to try to get stuff to turn it up more often.nAlso the wifi dosnt work at all and the cabin bedrooms weren’t big enough for a porter cot. We checked out 2 nights early.
Great place to stay with plenty of ammenities.nnToo much that we were not able to fully use it. Would be a great place to bring a family for a vacation.nnThere is a function room as well as a playground and pool .nnOne thing that I had really enjoyed about this place was that there was an allocated parking lot right in front our our unitnnThe rooms that we had was well sized and well equipped but to be honest a little bit dated.nCan tell that it was painted over wallpaper and the shower room was really too tiny.nnOn the last night as well there was a large spider lurking over our bed.
Possibly the BEST cabin we have ever stayed in. Spacious, solid, roomy, well equipped. If only all tourist park accommodation was this nice!
