Figtree Holiday Village is situated in a quiet but central position in Lava Street which is one block south of the highway. Its lush green lawns, trees, shrubs and bright flower beds are easily maintained throughout the year. A short 7-8 minute walk will place you in the main shopping centre within easy access to shops (naturally!), restaurants, hotels, the cinema, the Performing Arts Centre, the post office, a supermarket and service stations.

We spent one night there at an ensuite site. Our bathroom was worn and not very inviting; it desperately needs renovation. The other facilities at the park were quite nice:a great playground, an indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped camp kitchen with a dining area, a lounge, etc. If the bathroom had been more appealing, the park would have deserved 5 stars. A good park for families with children.
We had a fantastic stay at BIG4 Tasman Holiday Park! It was perfect for our family getaway.nnThe cabin was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, exactly what we needed. The park grounds were tidy and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.nnOur daughter especially loved the heated pool / playground, and we really appreciated how family-friendly the whole place is. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained.nnThe location is also ideal, close to the beach, shops, and local attractions. Everything was easy to access, and it felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay.nnHighly recommend for families looking for a clean, convenient, and fun holiday park. We’ll definitely be back!
We visited the park in November, 2 couples in a 2 bedroom cabin.nThe cabin was amazing, everything you could possibly need was suppliednThe size of the cabin is excellent for 4 adults.nVery good location within walking distance to town centre. Highly recommended
We stayed one night on our way down the Great Ocean Road. It was a rainy day and we were thankful for the warm indoor pool and the dining area inside. Warm welcome . Just the ensuite needs a little love and more cleaning. Thank you
Thank you to Mel and the team for their exceptional service during our stay. We are staying in the brand new 3 bedroom deluxe cabin, which are the nicest I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at a lot of cabins!! The layout, amenities and park are great. We will definitely return here.
