Mid City Warrnambool offers an elegant restaurant with some of the finest dining available in Warrnambool.
The restaurant is conveniently open from 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Have a drink in the cocktail lounge before dinner, next to the fire and piano.
The newly renovated function space will leave anyone speechless, perfect for any special occasion or corporate function.
The 61 rooms are currently in the midst of refurbishments and are extremely spacious and comfortable. With plenty of parking available for everyone.

Room was practical for overnight stay only. Small but neat.nHated the shower, could never find a temperature that I could stand in!!! Small thing, my bin had not been emptied from previous visitor….little things count!!
The room I stayed in August 2025 had just been renovated/updated, and it was very well done. The bathroom in particular was fantastic and well above what you'd usually expect in this price bracket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a great night's sleep. Well located in the centre of Warrnambool.
We stayed at the Mid City Motel recently and overall, it was an okay experience — but there were definitely some issues worth mentioning.nnWhen we arrived, we found leftover meat sticks and bread rolls still in the fridge from the previous guest, which was pretty off-putting. There was also visible mold on the ceiling of the shower, and a noticeable layer of dust behind most of the furniture — it seemed like the room hadn’t been given a thorough clean in a while.nnOne thing to be aware of: the breakfast service is only available from Tuesday to Friday, so if you’re staying over the weekend, don’t expect breakfast on site.nnThat said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we did manage to get a decent night’s sleep. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest experience, this place could really improve. For now, it’s just average.
Only downside is the cups are tiny and there are no spoons.nnCar park could also do with a clean.nnWould stay again. Rooms are modern and clean and great location.
I rang this place to book a room staff was friendly but didn’t like the fact she wanted all my details & credit card number b4 I even got there or saw the room she charged my credit card straight away so bad luck if when I got there I didn’t like the room I was already charged for it bit pushy I think ! When I opened the door to the room there was a strong smell I think paint smell or new carpet smell as room was renovated recently . This put me off a bit & had to put up with that smell all nite ! Also noticed after I got out of shower went to use the towel & it had yellow stains on it which is disgusting ! Obviously not cleaned properly put me rite off !! Also Had to boil kettle in bathroom as there’s no power point spare in room the shower is crap stains on the floor not cleaned properly no door on shower so when u use it water goes everywhere & your stepping out on a wet floor the shower head is way too high ! No much room to put luggage but must say bed was comfortable that’s bout it ! I don’t think would stay there again if ever there again don’t really recommend it was cheap enough I guess but u get wat u pay for I guess !!
