We recently stayed at the Quest Warrnambool for 2 night and we had a very pleasant & enjoyable time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble when we asked, they went above and beyond. The room we stayed in was immaculate & very clean! Location was perfect as it was a block away from the hustle & bustle of the Main Street. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location. Handy to the station, main street and city centre, Lake Pertobe, the beach and pathed walking trails. Good quality bars, eateries and cafes close by. The rooms are clean and well serviced. The pool is on the small side but great for a quick dip on a hot summer day. The staff are helpful and attended to a couple maintenance issues promptly eg battery in TV remote. Free parking onsite. Popular for corporate stays, including construction/road crews.

The room was amazing. Very comfortable and in a very convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just a few negatives though - we went out for the day. When we got back, we went to put the key in the door, and it opened. We walked in to see that our apartment had been serviced, so they didn't make sure that the door was locked when they left. When my friend used the main bathroom, she could smell a foul odour that resembled the smell of sewerage. It seemed to be coming out of the laundry sink. The rooms are clean and inviting...the bedrooms are lovely too but sleep was definitely disturbed occasionally throughout the night due to the noise of the traffic. I guess this will be the case if your unit is at the front. These things were reported to the staff member behind the counter when we checked out. Apart from that, we did enjoy our stay in Warnambool.
I stayed here in a two bed apartment for work for a week. Check in was easy, the accommodation itself was excellent with all the amenities you need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, big smart tv and a comfy bed. It even had a full sized bath. Balcony too. Location in centre of town was very handy. Hopefully I’ll be back soon.
