The rooms are amazing! They are so spacious! I have stayed here twice, in February and today. The receptionists are nice, the parking is easily accessible, the rooms are clean, and it is only 5 minutes from Belconnen. Would recommend it at such a good price!

Not the newest motel in the world, but Very nice, comfortable, quiet, and restful. The BEST beds! So relaxing, we didn't want to get up in the morning's! Will be staying here from now on when we visit Canberra.

I stayed in this motel a couple of times for business, my employer arranged this place and I had no opportunity to know before I arrived. This place was smelly, old, and noisy. When I requested a different room from the management, the manager of the property was rude and blunt in his response to me saying that they can't do anything about it! His attitude was condescending and arrogant. I did complain to the owner of the place and called my employer and left early as I did not want to stay after my unpleasant experience. The surrounding locale was dodgy and this is nowhere close to a place where people stay for business. I will not recommend staying in this place to anyone. There are much better places a few kilometers around this motel and one just need to google it.

Spacious room, well furnished, comfortable bed. Serviced daily. The provision of milk and biscuits was nice. Big issue was that there was a door in the bedroom leading to what I suspect is another room. On two of my five night stays the folks in that room were watching the TV loudly until very late. It was quite disruptive.

Very disappointed. Not only was reception rude on checking in , but the lack of concern for customer satisfaction was immense. Placing paying customers in a room that is next to a jack hammer with the strong and overpowering smell of contact glue , then unhappy when customer asked to be moved to another room. Seriously need a lesson in customer relations . Not recommending this place to anyone one I know ..
