What a rare find it is to find customer service these days. I went in thinking I had a wheel alignment issue and was gently told by Brett that it was going to be a job that required a lot more time and money. Brett sat me down and with almost the tenderness of telling you your loved one was ill he broke the news and told me of the many issues and what it would take to fix my car. He sent me on my way without charging me for that days visit and with the information I needed without feeling like I had half a brain, as I have been treated by a rival tyre franchise in the past. I will be back and I will be shouting their good graces from the rooftops of Ballarat, because good manners and customer service is a dying art.

Service is fast, comprehensive, and respectfully friendly. Under the current management, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience here with Matt and the team. Booked my car in earlier in the week, was provided with several great quote options and the service I received over the phone and in person was first rate. I'll definitely be back, thank you Beaurepaires Ballarat!
