Ballarat Toyota good old-fashioned customer service . driving to Mount Gambia in the Land cruiser and the fuel filter light comes on 😬 I freak out thinking if I continue 30 grand engine up in smoke I call these guys Rob in the service department says “no worries mate just reset it after listening to what caused it “ instead of making me turn around come back and charge me  to do it , we reset it over the phone . I highly recommend these guys just good old-fashioned customer service and know how. Thank you . Matheson Family

DISGUSTING service from used sales team. I live interstate and organised to purchase used car. Spent $ 150 on bus tickets, had finance approved , insurance organised even sent licence details to show I was serious buyer. Received a phone call 10 mins after I booked bus and told " oh sorry I just sold it " spoke to GENERAL MANAGER and told sorry not my problem GRRR. Bus tickets NON refundable , not even an apology. So much for good old fashioned country service.

I have given up trying to fix a problem with my exhaust (which is under warranty) taken vehicle multiple time to get fix, keep getting the run around and told cannot not be fixed. only when i complained they finally agreed to take another look. but i dont have time to keep driving back and forth between my work hours, something should have been done at an earlier stage. not on the fifth attempt

poor after sale service.
